The successful candidate will beresponsible for leading a team of architects driving successfulpresales activities overseeing the endtoend delivery of OCIprojects and managing programlevelinitiatives.This is a seniorlevel positionthat requires strong leadership technical expertise and exceptionalcommunicationskills.Responsibilities:1.Presales Leadership:
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to understand customer requirements and developcompelling OCI cloudnative solutions.
  • Lead thecreation of technical proposals presentations estimations anddemonstrations to showcase the value of OCI cloudnativearchitecture to potential clients.
  • Act as atrusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance on OCIcloudnative architecture and best practices.
  • 2.Delivery Management:
  • Oversee the endtoenddelivery of OCI cloudnative projects ensuring successfulimplementation and customersatisfaction.
  • Define project scope objectivesand deliverables and develop detailed projectplans.
  • Manage project resources timelines andbudgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and withinbudget.
  • Monitor project progress identify risksand implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful projectoutcomes.
  • 3. ProgramManagement:
  • Lead and manage multiple OCIcloudnative projects simultaneously ensuring alignment withorganizational goals and objectives.
  • Developand maintain programlevel plans schedules andbudgets.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout theprogram lifecycle.
  • Monitor program performanceidentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions asneeded.
  • 4. TeamLeadership:
  • Lead a team of architects providingguidance mentorship and support to ensure their professional growthand development.
  • Foster a collaborative andinclusive team culture promoting knowledge sharing and continuouslearning.
  • Conduct performance evaluationsprovide feedback and identify training needs for teammembers.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience inpresales delivery and program management with a focus oncloudnative architecture preferably in the cloud servicesindustry.
  • Strong knowledge and handsonexperience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloudnativearchitecture principles.
  • Proven track recordof successfully leading and delivering complex OCI cloudnativeprojects.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to effectively communicatetechnical concepts to both technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to motivate and inspire ateam.
  • Exceptional problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities.
  • Relevantcertifications in OCI or related cloud technologies are highlydesirable.
  • Profound comprehension of DockerDocker volumes Docker network and handson experience in creatingDocker Compose files for complex containerizedapplications.
  • Indepth knowledge of coreKubernetes services including Kube API Kube Proxy Kube Scheduleretc and proficiency in creating and managing deployments replicaspods secrets services PV PVC ingress controls ingress resourcesload balancers roles role bindings network policies stateful podsetc. Experience in deploying highly available Kubernetes clusterson various cloud vendors with different Kubernetes flavors likeOpenShift Rancher RKE or 3KS OKE (Oracle Kubernetes Engine) AmazonEKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) Azure AKS (Azure KubernetesService).
  • Proficiency in DevOps tools such asJenkins for CI/CD GitHub/GitLab/GitBucket for source coderepository Terraform IaC for infrastructure provisioning Ansiblefor configuration management and automation. Knowledge of DevSecOpsfor Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Grafana andPrometheus for Kubernetes observability andmonitoring.
  • Experience with Argo CD forcontinuous delivery in Kubernetes.
  • Ability toset up disaster recovery (DR) for Kubernetes clusters in both cloudand onpremises environments.
