  • TestStrategy andPlanning:
    • Developcomprehensive test strategies and plans for MDM implementationsconsidering both functional and nonfunctionalrequirements.
    • Leadthe creation of test cases test scripts and test data based onbusiness requirements and technicalspecifications.
    • Collaboratewith stakeholders including business analysts developers andproject managers to ensure alignment on testobjectives.
  • Manualand AutomationTesting:
    • Executemanual test cases to validate MDM solutions including datavalidation business rule verification and UItesting.
    • Designand implement automated test scripts using relevant tools toincrease test efficiency andcoverage.
    • Performregression testing to ensure that new changes do not adverselyimpact existingfunctionality.
  • ValidatedSystemTesting:
    • Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements by conducting validatedsystem testing for MDMsolutions.
    • Developand maintain validation documentation including validation planstraceability matrices and validationreports.
    • Workclosely with validation teams to ensure adherence to industrystandards and bestpractices.
  • DataQuality and IntegrityTesting:
    • Validatedata accuracy consistency and completeness across MDMsystems.
    • Performendtoend testing to ensure that data flows correctly between sourcesystems MDM and downstreamsystems.
    • Identifydata quality issues and work with data governance teams to resolvethem.
  • LeadershipandCoordination:
    • Leadand mentor a team of testers providing guidance on test techniquestools and bestpractices.
    • Coordinatewith offshore/onshore teams to manage test activities timelines anddeliverables.
    • Reporttest progress defects and risks to project stakeholders andparticipate in defect triagemeetings.
  • ContinuousImprovement:
    • Identifyopportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies forMDMprojects.
    • Stayupdated on industry trends tools and technologies related to MDMandtesting.
    • Contributeto the development of reusable test assets andframeworks.


Requirements

RequiredQualifications:

  • TechnicalSkills:
    • Strongexperience in testing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions suchas Informatica MDM Reltio or similarplatforms.
    • Proficiencyin automation testing tools like Selenium UFT orsimilar.
    • Experiencewith SQL and database testing including writing complex queries fordatavalidation.
    • Knowledgeof validated system testing including experience with GxP FDA orother regulatory compliancerequirements.
  • Experience:
    • 46years of experience in software testing with a focus on MDM anddatacentricapplications.
    • Provenexperience in both manual and automated testingapproaches.
    • Experiencein working within Agile/Scrum teams and familiar with ContinuousIntegration/Continuous Testing (CI/CT)practices.
  • SoftSkills:
    • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention todetail.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Abilityto work independently as well as lead a team in a collaborativeenvironment.
    • Abilityto manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Certificationin software testing (e.g. ISTQB) or MDM platforms is aplus.
  • Familiaritywith ETL processes and data integrationtesting.
  • Experiencewith performance testing tools andmethodologies.
