  • Abilityto manually underwrite complex transactions to ensure the loanmeets establishedguidelines.
  • Underwriter should have the ability to read the guidelines todetermine whether each loan meets the requisite guideline asspecified by theClient.
  • Shouldknow how to run the AUS and verify the data integrity off theDesktop UW / LoanProspector
  • Reviewthe Employment GuidelineRequirements
  • PerformIncome calculations (salaried / Self employed / Rental / OtherIncomes)
  • Validateall type of Assets including 401K Bank Statements Mutual fundsetc
  • Usageof Assets against Income requirement /qualification
  • CalculateDebttoIncome Ratio Loantovalue Ratio HousingPayments
  • Reviewappraisal and perform Property Valuation and use property valuationtools
  • ReviewCredit Report including Credit Scores Existing liens paymentsetc
  • Shouldalso review on the alternate / support documents for creditreview
  • Titlereview and lienvalidations
  • Reviewloan details in Loan application Letter of explanations giftletters
  • Incomeverification on Bank statementloans.
  • Clientspecific guideline review with alternatedocumentations
