Job Description forTele CounsellorWeare seeking a professional and driven individual with flare ofsales basic understanding of K12 industry admissions process andCBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will be responsible forcontacting potential parents providing them with information aboutCrimson schools USPs and admissions process schedule appointmentsfor school visit conduct pre & post visit follow upsmaintain all call and lead status meticulously in the CRM and workclosely with on Campus Counsellors and Sales head in implementingstrategies to successfully convert an enquiry toadmission.
KeyResponsibilities: Makeoutbound calls to prospective parents and provide information aboutCrimson Schools and its many USPs . Answerinbound inquiries about Admissions and motivate parents to secureadmissions in Crimson school. Setappointments for School visit and coordinate with CampusCounsellors to ensure parents have a great experience andmeaningful interactions with School academicteam. Collect Documents from parents tosupport the admission process. Prepare andshare daily and weekly calling reports appointment schedule andconversion related records with themanagement. Maintain and update all databaseof potential parents on CRM. Stay updatedwith the latest information on school initiatives and events toappraise prospective parents. Attendmarketing events to support school counsellors and Sales head togenerate leads and create a positive experience for the potentialclients (parent andchildren).
Qualifications: A bachelor sdegree or higher. Previous experience in telecounselling for anyeducational institute is desired.Excellentcommunication skills in English; proficiency in additionallanguages is an advantage.Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport overcall.Good organizational and timemanagementskills. Familiarity with CRM software andtelecalling tools. A positive attitude and astrong desire to achieve targetAbility towork independently and as part of ateam.

  • Mondayto Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 9 am to4pm
