KeyResponsibilities
  • Coordinateproduction schedules and ensure timely execution oftasks
  • Monitor and optimize production processesto improve efficiency and output
  • Collaboratewith various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timelydelivery
  • Identify and resolve production issuesto minimize downtime and maximize output
  • Manageinventory and ensure sufficient stock levels for productionneeds
  • Supervise and provide guidance toproduction staff
  • Implement and enforce safetyand quality standards in productionprocesses
  • Track production metrics and generateperformance reports
  • Support in theimplementation of new production technologies andprocesses
  • Communicate and coordinate withexternal vendors and suppliers
  • Participate inthe development of production budgets and costcontrol
  • Contribute to continuous improvementinitiatives in the production department
  • Ensurecompliance with regulatory requirements andstandards
  • Lead and participate in productionmeetings anddiscussions

RequiredQualifications
  • Provenexperience in production coordination ormanagement
  • Strong knowledge of productionprocesses and methodologies
