TheData Mining and ResearchAnalyst will play a crucial role in supporting both lead researchand lead qualification efforts. This role is essential in ensuringleads are accurately sourced enriched and validated enhancing theefficiency and quality of the salespipeline.

Shift: UK Shift Work FromOffice
Education: Bachelors in science BCA MCA or relatedfield.12 years of experience in lead research qualification orsimilar roles in B2B environments. Familiarity with platforms likeLinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and G2/Capterra is aplus.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. LeadResearch & Enrichment(40%):

    • Assistin collecting and enriching leads from platforms like LinkedInZoomInfo 6 sense andG2/Capterra.

    • Enrichleads with relevant data points including company size industry anddecisionmakerinformation.

    • Collaboratewith Tajinder to ensure that all enriched leads meet data qualitystandards.

  2. LeadQualification & Validation(30%):

    • Reviewleads from marketing campaigns to ensure they meet predefinedquality criteria before being passed to the salesteam.

    • Workclosely with Himanshu to validate lead accuracy and readiness forthe salespipeline.

  3. CRMData Management(20%):

    • UpdateCRM with new leads ensuring data accuracy andcompleteness.

    • Assistin maintaining uptodate records of leadstatuses.

  4. Reporting& Process Coordination(10%):

    • Provideinput for lead quality reports and coordinate with the marketingteam to ensure continuous improvement in lead qualification andenrichmentprocesses.

    • Identifyareas for process optimization and suggestimprovements.

  5. CRMKnowledge: Experience with CRM software (e.g. Reply.io HubSpot) formanaging leads and ensuring dataquality.

  6. Attentionto Detail: Strong ability to validate data and maintain highaccuracy in leadinformation.

  7. AnalyticalSkills: Ability to analyze lead data and make recommendations forimprovement.

  8. Communication:Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teammembers and marketingstakeholder
