4. Key area of experience: Audit and AssuranceStatutory Audits Ind AS Limited Reviews Listed CompaniesCertification and Disclosures.
5. Preferred Industry:Should be from a consulting background and should have properexperience in listed clients preferably in BFSI domain.
6. CTC Range: We are fine with higher bracket but ideal budgetwould be in range of INR 40 50 lakhs.
Key Skills:
a.Expert Technical knowledge in Audit and Assurance of ListedCompanies
b. Ability to manage a team of 6 to 8personnel
c. Tech Savvy and good understanding of ERPsystems
d. Oral communication and ability to communicatewith Tax Heads/ CFOs
e. Written communication andexperiences and well versed in Ind AS and financialcontrols.
f. Should be Presentable and have ability towin business mandates.
g. Budgeting and ability tointerview candidates.
h. Proactive and selfmotivated
i. Handson experience of attending AuditCommittee meetings Senior Management meetings for presenting auditfindings j. Track record of pursuing anddeveloping new leads (NWD)
k. Ability to manage multipleengagements
l. Ability to meet stringent engagementdeliverables timelines
Expected Engagements:
a. LimitedReviews
b. Tax Audits
c. Ind ASmatters
d. Consolidation Engagements
e.Certification and Audit
f. Year EndClosures.
KRAs:
a. Ensure high quality servicedelivery (Final reports Audit Committee presentations) for clientsmentioned in 11 above
b. Meeting all agreed deliverablestimelines with the Client
c. Updating knowledgerepository and checklists / guidelines for clients mentioned inabove
d. Develop New Leads and onboard clients forAssurance Engagements in Chennai.
Mode ofInterview:
Round 1: Business Plan for 3 yearsneed to be submitted. Business Plan should capture approach Revenueand Team Cost estimates Go to Market approach. This
Round would be conducted by HR Leadership team and Business Planneeds to be submitted prior to Interview.
Round 2: WithMD
Possible Round 3: With Panel ofDirectors.
