Role Overview

Were seekinga talented Lead Product Designer to join our growing team and playa pivotal role in shaping the future of Sprouts. Product Designersat Sprouts are not just creators; theyre innovators collaboratorsand champions of usercentric design. In this role youll workclosely with crossfunctional teams to ideate prototype and iterateon features that drive meaningful impact for our users.

You will
  • Help develop and maintain a robust designsystem as the foundation for all visual assets within the Sproutsbrand.
  • Stay closely connected with customersto understand their usage patterns and challenges and work withSprouts leadership to prioritise the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams toconceptualise and design new features.
  • Createprototypes and mockups to effectively communicate the purpose andUX of upcoming features to both internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Engineering andQA to ensure seamless pixel perfect implementation of yourdesigns.
  • Partner with sales and marketing todesign engaging experiences that foster trust and confidence amongcurrent and potential customers throughout the S&Mfunnel.
  • Stay informed about developments inthe Martech space from both product and marketingperspectives.
  • Assist in identifying andrecruiting top talent to join the Sprouts Design Team.
Ideally youdhave
  • 8 to 12 yearsof experience as a design professional with some experiencedesigning B2B SaaS products.
  • Experiencecreating and maintaining components across multiple productsurfaces in Figma.
  • A love for typography and aknack for writing short captivating copy to enhance your UIdesigns.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills to effectively collaborate and share yourideas with the rest of the team.
  • An appetitefor constant learning and a penchant to give and take feedbackgracefully.
