JobOverview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveEvent Manager and Operations Specialist
to oversee allaspects of our trade show participation from preevent planning andlogistics
to onsite and postevent ysis. The idealcandidate will have a strong
background in eventmanagement and operations with the ability to manage multipletasks
and vendors while ensuring successful outcomes ateach event.


KeyResponsibilities:


EventManagement:
Event Strategy andGoalSetting: Work closely with leadership to defineclear
objectives for each event (lead generation brandawareness meetings etc.).
Team Coordination: Collaboratewith marketing sales and booth staff to ensure all
rolesare clearly defined and team members are prepared for theirresponsibilities.
Vendor andPartner Management: Liaisewith event organizers booth suppliers and
vendors toensure smooth logistics and timely of event plans.
Supervision: Oversee booth setup manage the team during the eventand ensure
all equipment and materials are inplace.
Budget Management: Manage event budgets ensuringcost efficiency while
maintaining high standards ofquality for booth setup andmaterials.


OperationsandLogistics:
Booth Design & Setup:Plan and manage booth designs ensuring they alignwith
branding and functional needs. Coordinate withvendors for setup and teardown.
Equipment Management:Ensure all technical equipment such as screenslaptops
and badge scanners are functional and ready foruse.
Promotional Material Preparation: Manage theprocurement and transport of
branded giveaways brochuresand other promotional materials.
Logistics Coordination:Handle all logistical aspects includingvendor
communication shipping of materials and boothsetuptimelines.


MarketingActivities:
Landing Pages andEventRegistration: Work with the marketing team tocreate
compelling landing pages registration forms andCTAs to drive booth visits and pre
event meetingbookings.
Social Media Campaigns: Develop and executepreevent liveevent and post
event social media strategiesto engage attendees build brand awareness and
promoteevent participation.

Email Campaigns: Createtargeted email campaigns to prospects andattendees
(using showsponsor lists previous eventattendees) to drive booth traffic and
meetingrequests.
PPC andPaid Search: Manage paid advertisingcampaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn
etc.) to promote the eventensuring high visibility and targeted traffic to thebooth.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content suchas blog posts video clips and
event teasers that promotethe event and encourage participation.
Meeting Targets:Ensure the team meets preevent and onsite meeting quotasby
implementing effective outreach strategies (callsemails LinkedIn messaging).
Reporting & ytics: Trackthe performance of all marketing campaigns (social
PPCemail) and report on KPIs such as engagement clickthrough rates andlead
generation.

PostEventManagement:
Data Collection &Reporting: Organize and yze data collected during theevent
(badge scans meeting notes) and work with the salesteam to ensure timely follow
ups.
PostEventysis: Lead debrief meetings to yze the eventssuccess
including lead generation conversion rates andoverall ROI.
Lead Nurturing Campaigns: Work closely withthe sales team to execute followup
campaigns includingpersonalized emails and phone calls to convert leadsinto
paying customers.
Social Media &Email FollowUp: Share postevent content (recaps thankyou
posts) on social media and follow up with leads viaemail to maintainengagement.


Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Business or arelated field.
23 years of experience managing corporateevents trade shows and digital
marketingcampaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing techniquesincluding social media PPC and
emailcampaigns.
Proven track record in managing eventlogistics vendor relationships andbooth
design.
Excellent project management sswith the ability to handle multiple tasks and
meetdeadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal ss towork with internal teams prospects
and externalpartners.
Experience in managing event budgets anddelivering costeffective solutions.
Proficiency inmarketing tools (HubSpot Marketo Google Ads LinkedInCampaign
Manager) and CRMplatforms.
