You will workdirectlywith the visionary cofounders of thecompany to redefine the USHealthcareindustry one life at a time. Youwill be responsible for roadmap developmentandwill guide a highly skilled engineeringteam to build the product suite.Excellentcommunication skills are vitalsince you will be working with multiplestakeholdersacross the organizationincluding cofounders customers engineersmarketingteams and productdesigners.Candidates are required to havemanagement experience USHealthcareexperience and a strong productportfolio.
JobDescription Strategy andVision Work with the cofounders to defineproduct vision roadmap andgrowthopportunities. Lead the planning of productrelease plans and set expectationsfordelivery of newfunctionalities. Provide vision anddirection to the agile development teamandstakeholders throughout the project andcreate requirements. Plan and prioritizeproduct feature backlog and development fortheproduct. Assessvalue develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themestoensure work focuses on those with maximumvalue aligned withproductstrategy. Research and MarketAnalysis Conduct Market and User Research toidentify pain points in the USHealthcareindustry and identify product innovationsanddifferentiators.Research and analyze the market the users and the roadmap fortheproduct and make necessaryrecommendations. Actively follow industrytrends key players and competition.Additionally assess market competition by comparing thecompany'sproduct tocompetitors' products ProductLeadership and Management Collaborate withthe technical lead to create and maintain aproductbacklog according to business valueor ROI. Provide backlog management iterationplanning and elaboration ofthe userstories. Contribute towards identifyingbusiness case and financial models. Lead therequirements gathering effort on the epics as neededconsulting with product managementimplementations clients andotherstakeholders. Provide an active role inmitigating impediments impactingthesuccessful team completion ofrelease/sprint goals Team and StakeholderCollaboration Help define Product GTM(GoToMarket) along with the marketingandleadership team.Attend scrum meetings including standups retrospectives anddemos. Demonstrate the latest iterations tostakeholders and gather feedback. Keepabreast with agile/scrum best practices and newtrends.
QualificationsB.S. and an advanced degree in a technical fieldrequired 15 years of experience as a productleader with a strong understanding ofUSHealthcare marketStrategic & creative thinker with the ability to craftgotomarket strategiesand campaigns incollaboration with marketing Demonstratedknowledge of operational issues with managing androllingout highly scalable technologyplatforms Able to formulate and implementglobal strategies for productsCustomercentric mindset with the capability of translating thatinto theproduct developmentprocess Successfully implemented datadrivenprocesses to turn a vision into anactionableroadmap People leader with demonstratedsuccess in leading and mentoring theresearchdesign and development team Strong projectmanagement skills and attention to detailUnderstand the user experience and designDirect experience with digital management software orworkplacecollaboration software isdesired Able to distill product roadmapsinto digestible and relevant presentationstokey customers andpartners Drive product analytics tounderstand feature usage comprehensionandoptimizationExcellent verbal and oral communicationskills
