As a Regional Manager for Gear Metering Pumps, your primary responsibility is to oversee the sales and business operations of gear metering pumps within a specific region. Your job description may include the following key responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management: You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for gear metering pumps within your region.   6. Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities within your region and expanding the customer base. This may involve attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and partnerships.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the senior management team. This information will be crucial for making informed business decisions and developing strategies for continuous improvement.
