Job Purpose

The role of Resource - QA will be responsible for Quality Assurance & Quality Controller for Royal Enfield, you will be part of the global commercial organization and will report to Technical Manager, Technical Team. In your role you will be mainly responsible for developing quality controlling procedures for the whole factory and ensure the required quality and standards. It is a big responsibility to work as a quality Executive, have to control quality issues, and get a quality product. Quality Executive is responsible for satisfying customers by providing a quality product. So for the textile and garments factory, it is very important to have a post for a quality Assurance manages quality control and assurance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s output
  • Implement Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements
  • Effectively interact with the Technical, Development, and Production team to maintain product ecstatic and quality
  • Enable technicians for checking patterns, specification and construction. Help to identify and resolve the issues at the development stage
  • Production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision at the correct time
  • Maintain quality according to company standards and requirements
  • Communicate with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
  • Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
  • Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling
  • Evaluate and authorize size set sample approval, with due approvals
  • Regularly conduct pre-production meetings
  • Manage In-line inspection to check and correct the product quality
  • Follow up for final inspections and keep all necessary daily activity data
  • Provide approval such as print, embroidery, wash & as per required by the Design Team
  • Maintain all discipline and compliance issue
  • Lead all quality standards and GPQ
  • Risk analysis - sample stage along with vendor to understand the risk factors at sample stage
  • Ensure to complete inline/ interim inspection / pp meetings of all styles
  • Ensure timely & high quality Launch of season across all stores
  • Vendor upgradation and process alignment
  • Provide factory QC/ checkers training program
  • Strengthen the fabric and garment quality levels by constant feedback discussion with vendor
  • Right quality product delivered at shop floor consistently
  • Detail operations for factory at start including in the tech packs
  • Continuously engage with the factories technical and quality terms to ensure flow information is not restricted and is transparent
