At Vestas, Service Supply Chain Business Partner (SSCBP), we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain in order to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever-developing task in a fast-paced environment. SSCBP CIM Team has the responsibility drive daily operation activities for CIM ensuring the product deliveries on time with optimal inventory adherence to CIM Projects completion.
Responsibilities
Ensure material availability for CIM upgrades Co-ordinate with Projects, regions, and performance engineering for constant update and revised plan Mitigate Risk and hurdles in the supply value chain Reporting out on status of CIM Inventory Management Consistently aim for high delivery performanceQualifications
Preferably graduate/postgraduate in any technical stream. 4+ years of experience in global international supply chain functions & Data Analytics. Proven Experience in applying supply chain principles and methods, including reporting Should have interest or experience in handling data to extract business insights Working knowledge in SAP / MS office packagesCompetencies
Good knowledge in SAP (MM, SD module specifically), MS Excel. Analytical approach towards problem solving (8D, Fishbone etc.) Basic to Advanced statistical knowledge Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to understand the complex supply chain network and its intricacies Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English. Cross cultural understanding is a must Working style should be well structured, proactive, flexible and persistent. Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner Good system and business understanding Ability to work on Ambiguity to provide clarity and sail through the murky water Not restricting himself/herself within the Roles & Responsibilities boundaries and willingness to reach out for getting things done Challenging the status quo What We offer
