HR Generalist

1.Payroll Management: oOversee accurate and timely payroll processing including compliancewith applicable laws and regulations. oAddress any payrollrelated queries or discrepancies from employees.
2.Policy Formation & Implementation: o Assist in developingupdating and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line withorganizational goals and legal requirements. o Ensure all employees are wellinformed ofpolicies through regular communication and trainingsessions.
3.Appraisals & PerformanceManagement:o Coordinate theperformance appraisal process including goal setting performancereviews and feedback collection. o Work withdepartment heads to ensure timely and fair appraisals for allemployees.
4.Probation Clearance: o Managethe probation period process conducting performance evaluations andassisting in decisions related to employee retention anddevelopment.
5.Employee Engagement & Relations:o Organize and execute employee engagementinitiatives including events feedback surveys and wellnessprograms. o Foster a positive workplaceculture by addressing employee concerns and promoting opencommunication.
6.Asset List Maintenance: oMaintain an uptodate inventory of company assets including laptopsphones and other office equipment assigned to employees.o Ensure proper tracking allocation andreturn ofassets.
7.General HR Activities: oManage new employee onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring aseamless experience. o Address daytodayemployee queries related to HR matters benefits and organizationalpolicies. o Support the HR team in any otheradministrative and strategicprojects.
Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelated field. 35 years of experience in anHR generalist role preferably with experience in payroll and policymanagement. Strong knowledge of employmentlaws and regulations. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in HR software and MicrosoftOfficeSuite.
