PositionOverview

TheProgram Manager will be responsible for planning executing andfinalizing programs according to strict deadlines and withinbudget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating theefforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultantsto deliver projects according to plan. The Program Manager willalso oversee the quality control of the programlifecycle.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Developfullscale program plans and associated communicationdocuments.

  • Effectivelycommunicate program expectations to team members and stakeholdersin a timely and clearfashion.

  • Liaisewith project stakeholders on an ongoingbasis.

  • Estimatethe resources and participants needed to achieve programgoals.

  • Draftand submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changeswherenecessary.

  • Whererequired negotiate with other department managers for theacquisition of required personnel from within thecompany.

  • Identifyand manage program dependencies and criticalpath.

  • Planand schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriatetools.

  • Developand deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentationandpresentations.

  • Proactivelymanage changes in program scope identify potential crises anddevise contingencyplans.

  • Mentormotivate and supervise project team members and contractors andinfluence them to take positive action and accountability for theirassignedwork.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a relatedfield.

  • 57years of direct work experience in a project management capacityincluding all aspects of process development andexecution.

  • Strongfamiliarity with project management software such as MS ProjectBasecamp orsimilar.

  • Solidworking knowledge of current Internettechnologies.

  • Demonstratedexperience in personnelmanagement.

  • Technicallycompetent with various software programs such as Word ExcelPowerPoint.

  • Ableto learn understand and apply newtechnologies.

  • Comfortableworking both independently and in a teamoriented collaborativeenvironment.
