Roles& Responsibilities-

•You support the Sales Team in pre-sales activities by explaining our Productsto C-Levels (CPO, CTO, ...) and understand their requirements

•You provide advice to our Partners on the different integration options anddefine the integration architecture for the partnership

• Bybeing a technical expert, you define for and with our partners how the iServeUAPI/SDK are integrated into their processes

•You’ll participate in contract negotiations to ensure both parties agree toreasonable terms when it comes to project deadlines and actual services provided.

•After a project begins but before implementation actually starts, you areresponsible for assessing the client’s exact needs and creating a plan to meet those needs

•You are expected to work closely with internal stakeholders like product managers,project managers etc in communicating implementation needs and are responsiblefor managing any conflicts that may arise during this phase.

•Based on feedback provided by Partners you engage with internal Product Teamsto further improve iServeU offerings
