Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our company NoBroker.com. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time job based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The employment type is 'Full-Time'.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Good knowledge of real estate industry and related products/services
- Proactive and customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
- Convincing people and sales skills
- Ability to handle inbound marketing and outbound sales
- Experience in voice processing would be a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and reliable customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to effectively assist customers
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to customers
- Escalate complex issues and complaints to the appropriate teams for resolution
