Quality Engineering Associate Director

Job Description

Your responsibilities as a Quality Engineering Associate Director - 

  • Exercise planned and exploratory tests to validate software functionality, data warehousing, etc.
  • Create documentation for test plans, test charters, risk assessments, etc.
  • Design and execute automated tests to ensure fitness and stability of application under test
  • Enter bugs/issues/enhancements in tracking system, track status and resolution.
  • Contribute ideas towards the enhancement and/or modification of designs to improve the product.
  • Troubleshoot problems in collaboration with software developers

Qualifications

 You will fit right in if you have –  

  • Inquisitiveness, diligence, and humor
  • 2+ years software testing experience
  • 1+ years testing data warehousing or reporting solutions
  • 1+ years’ experience with automating testing tools such as Katalon Studio, Selenium, etc.
  • Proficient in performance testing.
  • Fluency in T- SQL in MS SQL Server
  • Experience creating cogent, useful documentation including test plans, test cases, specs, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong team player across functional units, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to learn complex business functions with little guidance
  • Experience working in fast-paced Agile environment
  • Experience with JIRA or similar project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Scrum project management
  • Advertising/Marketing experience
