The purpose of this role is to lead a team of resource managers who manage supply and demand across a Service Line or within a certain discipline. They have accountability for executing strategies to meet resourcing needs for our client and functional teams. They will partner and collaborate with growth, HR, finance, operations and talent acquisition to staff teams timely and ensure excellence in client delivery.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Setting up resource management practice or function to manage business ops (RM) Maintains understanding of key resource management metrics and how these metrics impact practice financial performance. Proactively reviews staffing data and develops and communicates meaningful insights on trends, forecasts, opportunities for improvement and areas of concern; provides suggestions for improvement. Frequently updates skill and profile for bench resources. Experience on fulfilling ageing bench resources (bench management) Drives efficiency and workload balancing. Point of contact for conflict resolution as it relates to resource needs, placements, allocations and shifts. Collaborate with Finance and Operations team to ensure effective bench management and utilization to ensure monthly budget forecasted by SBU heads is met. Advises leadership and resources on resource management processes. Proactively reviews opportunity pipeline to create and understand the picture of upcoming demand. Collaborates on PRA/pyramid plans related to resourcing. Collaborates with Service Line and HR business partners to capture resource needs/changes for yearly Talent Planning Should have executed engagement ideas to keep the bench active. Managing bench through Internal Job Rotation process. Understanding different technologies and skill taxonomy to ensure skill rotation.
