Overview:The DialogFlow CX Engineer plays a crucial role in designing developing andmaintaining conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow. This roleis integral to the organizations customer service and userexperience strategies ensuring seamless and efficient interactionswith users through chatbots and virtualassistants.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design andimplement conversational AI solutions using DialogflowCX.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams tounderstand requirements and develop effective chatbotworkflows.
  • Integrate chatbots with variousbackend systems APIs and databases.
  • Optimizechatbot performance and response accuracy through continuoustesting and refinement.
  • Develop customfulfilment actions and webhook integrations for enhanced userinteractions.
  • Implement natural languageunderstanding and processing techniques to improve chatbotcomprehension.
  • Ensure seamless interactionacross multiple channels including web mobile and voiceplatforms.
  • Provide technical support andtroubleshooting for chatbotrelatedissues.
  • Maintain and update conversationaldesigns based on user feedback and usageanalytics.
  • Stay updated with industry trendsand best practices in conversational design andAI.
  • Natural Language Processing(NLP):
  • Work on improving the understanding andresponse generation capabilities of DialogFlow.
  • Utilize NLP techniques to enhance theaccuracy and effectiveness of conversationalinteractions.
  • Conduct testing and qualityassurance of Dialog Flow agents.
  • Continuouslyoptimize and refine
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including developers UX/UI designers andproduct managers.
  • Provide technical expertiseand guidance on best practices in conversational design anddevelopment.
  • Create and maintain comprehensivedocumentation for Dialog Flow projects including designspecifications integrations and troubleshootingguides.

RequiredQualifications:
  • BE/BTech/MCA incomputer science from a reputed college.
  • Provenproduction level of at least 3 years of experience in chatbotdevelopment.
  • Proven production level of atleast 2 years of experience in Dialog FlowCX.
  • Project experience of at least 1 year inPython/Java.
  • Must have delivered E2E 23projects using Dialog Flow CX.
  • Excellentproblemsolving and debuggingskills.
