The Opportunity:

ECI has an exciting opportunity for a GRC Associate, The GRC Associate at ECI plays a pivotal role in reinforcing our cybersecurity risk advisory capabilities, focusing intently on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes that are crucial to our client service delivery. This role is crafted for professionals who have developed a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and are eager to deepen their engagement in GRC practices.

GRC Associates are expected to take on more responsibility, offering support and leadership within the GRC framework to drive client success in cybersecurity resilience.

This is an Onsite role.

What you will do:

Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to cybersecurity risk assessments, supporting the development of comprehensive GRC documentation. Contribute to the creation and updating of presentation materials and reports, ensuring accurate reflection of client cybersecurity postures and risk landscapes. Support the GRC team in maintaining databases and documentation, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of critical information. Guide various internal teams, providing necessary GRC inputs to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning. Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance understanding of GRC principles and cybersecurity trends.

Who you are:

to years of experience with GRC processes and methodologies. Proficient in GRC tools and methodologies, demonstrating the ability to apply this knowledge practically in client engagements. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and GRC frameworks, capable of translating these into strategic advice for clients. Strong Third-Party Risk Management experience and understanding. Data protection and compliance framework knowledge. Expertise with security concepts such as Risk Management, Identity and Access Management, Security Assessments/Auditing, and Asset Security. Experience in collaborating within teams, contributing to collective goals, and supporting. Effective verbal and written communication with senior executives. Strong time management skills.
