Inside Sales Internship - Bangalore, Internship, Fresher: Less than 1 year
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Handle outbound and inbound sales calls
- Create and maintain leads database
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide product information and upsell to customers
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare and present sales reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent English communication skills with Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
