Inside Sales Internship - Bangalore, Internship, Fresher: Less than 1 year


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Handle outbound and inbound sales calls
  • Create and maintain leads database
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
  • Maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide product information and upsell to customers
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare and present sales reports


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent English communication skills with Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
