About Tekishub:
Tekishub is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Client Acquisition and Business Development efforts within the US IT Recruitment industry. This is a key role focused on driving growth, expanding Tekishub's client base, and enhancing our brand presence in the competitive IT recruitment sector. The Senior Manager will work closely with leadership teams to define and execute strategies aimed at increasing market share and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Client Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement business strategies to increase Tekishub’s presence and visibility in the US IT recruitment market.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
    • Create and implement targeted outreach campaigns to attract new clients, positioning Tekishub as a trusted partner in IT recruitment solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
    • Understand clients' business needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that align with their recruitment goals.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Business Development Leadership:
    • Identify and develop new opportunities and channels for growth within the US IT recruitment sector.
    • Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to design and implement strategies that meet client needs and drive business success.
    • Proactively seek new clients and business partnerships to expand Tekishub’s market footprint.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Growth:
    • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key industry players, partners, and influencers.
    • Drive the negotiation and closing of new business deals, ensuring they align with Tekishub’s growth objectives.
    • Monitor market trends and competition, identifying areas where Tekishub can gain a competitive edge.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of success and client-centricity.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills and performance.
    • Establish key performance metrics for business development and client acquisition, ensuring targets are met.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client acquisition and business development, with a strong focus on the US IT recruitment industry.
    • Proven success in driving business growth and building lasting client relationships.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (such as CEIPAL) and business development technologies.
  • Knowledge:
    • In-depth understanding of the US IT recruitment industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Experience leveraging social media, networking events, and other industry-specific platforms to acquire clients.
