Job Summary:As the Assistant Branch Manager of MyTravaly Local Office you willbe responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the officeand ensuring that the branch meets its targets and goals. You willbe responsible for managing a team of business development andcustomer service executives building relationships with localvendors and partners and ensuring that customers receivehighqualityservice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage andsupervise a team of business development customer serviceexecutives and guest relationship executives providing training andsupport asneeded.
  • Developand implement operational sales ticket resolving strategies toachieve branch targets andgoals.
  • Buildrelationships with local vendors and partners to expand thecompanys network andofferings.
  • Ensurethat customers receive highquality service by overseeing thecustomer service team and resolving customer complaints andissues.
  • Monitorand analyze branch performance and financial reports identifyingareas for improvement and implementingsolutions.
  • Ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures as well as localregulations andlaws.
  • Manageinventory supplies and equipment to ensure that the branch operatesefficiently andeffectively.
  • Developand maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders includingcustomers vendors and local communitymembers.
  • Participatein companywide meetings and training sessions to stay uptodate oncompany policies procedures and bestpractices.
  • Completeother duties and projects as assigned by seniormanagement.
ShiftTiming:
3pm to11pm.
Requirements
  • Bachelors/Postgraduation degree in business administration marketing or relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience as a branch manager or similar role in the travel orhospitalityindustry.
  • Strongleadership and communication skills with the ability to motivateand manage a teameffectively.
  • Excellentcustomer service and interpersonalskills.
  • Abilityto develop and implement sales strategies and achieve targets andgoals.
  • Knowledgeof local regulations and laws related to the travel and hospitalityindustry.
  • Abilityto analyze financial reports and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM)software.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
