Position: Personal Assistant to CEO


Experience: 3-5 years


Salary: 25000 TO 33000 INR


Gender: Male /Female


Office time: 09:30 to 06:00 ( 6 days week)


Role Definition:


To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the CEO, helping him to manage and prioritize his time. You will be responsible for providing full secretarial assistance to the management team during absences to ensure a high level of service is maintained. This position will be of key importance within the organization and the successful candidate must have previous secretarial and administrative experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organize your workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings, appointments & Make travel arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes and Source office supplies.
  • Devise and maintain office administration, discipline and filing system.
  • Any other task assigns by CEO.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
