We enable your best to power our future.  Scope of this role We seek a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Manager to join our finance team. The FP&A Manager will manage the end-to-end GCC FP&A process driving improvements at a global level while ensuring financial forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and analysis are accurate, timely, and complete. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, project/ process management skills and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A team in India; planning the team’s capacity and overseeing their activities, including: Performance tracking against operating plans and KPIs; identifying risks and opportunities, driving accountability Planning & Budgeting; current year and mid/long-term rolling corporate estimates and forecasts including cash forecasting Business intelligence, insight identification, and decision analytics for business partners and executive teams Capital planning; OPEX and CAPEX management; cash planning and forecasting Facilitate building of the operating review dashboards and presentations, working closely with the corporate FP&A team and business partners Execute financial close and reporting processes in partnership with controllership, commercial, and accounting teams Lead and partnered with cross-functional business teams in delivering analytics, data, and insights to drive key business decisions and support negotiations Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration Actively partner with global FP&A leaders to drive standardization, accuracy, and efficiency Drive continuous improvement of the GCC FP&A function through the identification of opportunities across people, processes, and technology. Actively drive standardization and automation of reporting at the Corporate and BU level; support the FP&A organization through an end-to-end enterprise transformation

Qualifications

MBA (Finance) or CA required Prior FP&A Experience required (5-7 years minimum); ideally experienced communicating directly with senior stakeholders Background in advertising-technology and/or information services industry is beneficial; expertise in measuring and reporting software / recurring revenue metrics is preferred Experience in financial management, strategic thinking, commercial and business intuition, reporting, accounting, business partnering, communication, and storytelling; knowledge of SAP S4 HANA (required), GAAP & SOX Compliance Ability to develop constructive relationships with executives and colleagues across the organization Experience with analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and spreadsheet tools (excel, Google Sheets) is required
