The Company

The Company has established its foothold in five states i.e. Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Raipur and Tamil Nadu. To reiterate our commitment to the customer segment we serve, and help them locate properties in their budget, we have recently launched Apna Ghar Khoj, India’s first affordable property destination that helps people find homes in the ₹5-50 lakh category.

Job Description

Objective:

The position is involved in planning, predicting and analyzing the financial health of Agrim Housing Finance and generating various reports which will help senior management to take informed decision to increase its efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan.


Responsibilities :

·       Present to Senior Management with an overview of services, analytical reviews of the year over year as well as a forward-looking view of expenses and impact on income

·      Working with various business units to forecast income and expenses for the next few years.

·      Financial modelling and making financial forecasts.

·      Present analytical reporting, performance reporting and valuation.

·      Establishing and evaluating financial records, statements, and profit plans

·      Identify financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendation for improvement.

·      Coordinate with other members of the finance team, to review financial information and forecasts

·      Evaluate previous budgets, and expenditures to develop and implement future budgets

·      Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible

·      Thorough understanding of financial and business concepts and able to demonstrate in written, conceptual, analytical and presentation forms.

 

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field.

·      Mastery of financial tools like excel (usage of macros etc.) and presentation tools like power-point and Google

Console.

·      Proven 3 years of experience in the financial services / NBFC industry

·      Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.

·      Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.

·      Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.

·      Deep understanding of the financial system and institutions.
