Join one of our prestigious client’s dynamic team as a Product Marketing Manager where you'll be the driving force behind our AC-DC and motor drive IC products in India. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our product marketing strategy, establishing strong customer relationships, and identifying lucrative market opportunities. Responsibilities
- Lead demand creation efforts and execute product marketing strategies for PI’s AC-DC and motor drive IC products in India.
- Engage with customers to gather valuable market insights, including emerging trends, competitive analysis, and key market needs.
- Foster long-term business relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless flow of technical and commercial information between local teams and PI headquarters.
- Interface with senior figures in government and industry forums to advocate for our products and influence decision-making processes.
- Showcase your excellent public speaking skills by representing the company at local conferences and forums.
- Identify and capitalize on new high-value opportunities for PI products in the Indian market.
- Collaborate closely with MarCom to design and execute effective marketing activities, including trade shows and promotional events.
- Work hand-in-hand with local sales teams and channel partners to drive product success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in applied science, with a preference for Electrical Engineering.
- Approximately 5 years or more of industry experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of AC-DC power semiconductor ICs.
- Prior experience in battery chargers for 2-wheelers and motor drives in various applications, such as air-conditioners, clothes washers, BLDC ceiling fans, and kitchen appliances in India, is advantageous.
- Proven ability to collaborate with OEMs and ODMs from promotional stages through to production.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
