KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE 'Billing and Collection Management:Arrangement of BDRC Plan in consultation with Sales TeamValidation of Incentive Plan and Provisioning in month endPreparation of payouts and follow up for the credit notes FIMP business B&C also done along with FTRA for release of ordersSpares parts business Credit and Receivables ManagementDriving Credit Policy as per the category of dealer Green/ Yellow/ Red Ensuring conversion of Red to Yellow and Yellow to Green dealersArranging TCL based on the expected billing and collectionSource-wise collection planning done and review / achievement as per planBG validation Monitoring and ensuring collection of OS > 45 daysEnsuring GWC norms and fund induction of low and negative PFS dealers is followed upBG Enhancement and BG renewal on time. Balance Confirmations from dealers MonthlyNDC without condition from dealers QuarterlyExpense Management+A6Area Office Vendor Bills Processing like Housekeeping, Security Charges, R&M of Capital Vehicles, R&M of Office Equipment other than IT Assets. Clearance of Travelling Expenses of Permanent and OTP Staff Processing the Incentive Payouts / Price Support & A&SP related ExpensesCost reduction initiative implemented – Corrective action taken wherever over spends 'Stockyard ManagementLiquidation of Ageing tractorsClearance of Secondary Stockyard on timely basisCoordinating with dealer to arrangement of Trade Plates for transportation of stockStock verification MonthlyCoordinating with MLL / Dealer / Transporter for dispatches of tractors Sales Tax & GST MismatchCoordinating with GST and dealer in reconciling the GSTRFollow up with dealers for GST mismatchIssue of necessary Forms ( C & F Forms) Submission of details for closure of Assessments till pre-GST.Legacy issues of Sales Tax – Assessments, Appeals etc. Statutory ComplianceEnsuring Compliance Certification every Quarterly Education Qualification/MBA Finance/CA inter/ICWA InterGeneral ExperienceMinimum 5 years to 10 years of experience in Commercial operations Critical Experience'Good expetise on working on ERP Sap /Good knowledge of Excel etc….
