Job Description:

Job Title/Role:  Lead Payroll Specialist                                                                     

Grade: E3                                           

Location: Bengaluru

                       

Description: 7+ to 10 years’ experience years of prior experience with strong exposure to India Payroll Activities including

  • Manage day to day payroll operations & transactions.
  • Advice & Implementation on payroll processes and its regulations for the India region.
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee data in performing regular checks.
  • Manage the monthly deliveries and the yearly specific items planning on time, quality and cost.
  • Support employees, managers and HRBPs via global communications, Chabot solution, direct answers and meeting.
  • Vendor management for Payroll , social security, ESOP and sub cons

Objective:

  • Ensure a compliant, efficient and high quality delivery of employees’ payroll, time, administrative solutions and associated processes.
  • Enforce the payroll, time, administrative solutions and associated processes in compliance with national and/or international legal regulations and company agreements in respect of data confidentiality.
  • Collaborate, interact and support national or international HR community, employees (local or under mobility conditions), managers on payroll, time, administrative solutions and associated processes.

ADP ESS Tool or equivalent TRACES

UNIFIED PF PORTAL

Excel

Google Suite

Knowledge of App script and VBA is a plus
