Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading process improvement initiatives such as ISO, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Analyzing and designing complex business and systems processes.
  • Evaluating current processes and suggesting improvements.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Developing metrics for process measurement.
  • Identifying root causes of problems and recommending quality improvements.
  • Aligning performance with process requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Experience in the Payments domain, including UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, and Cards.
  • Familiarity with FIS products, business practices, and processes.
  • Understanding of financial industry practices and regulations.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles and business process re-engineering.
