We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst with expertise in ETL mapping, Data Mapping, Data Warehousing, and proficiency in SQL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing systems, designing solutions, and providing technical expertise to ensure effective implementation and optimization of systems.Responsibilities:ETL Mapping:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ETL requirements, analyze data sources, and design efficient Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) mappings.Data Mapping:

Develop and maintain data mapping documents to ensure accurate data flow between systems, databases, and applications.Data Warehouse:

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions. Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of the data warehouse environment.SQL Expertise:

Utilize strong SQL skills to query databases, manipulate data, and perform data analysis. Optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.System Analysis:

Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, workflows, and processes. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency.Requirements Gathering:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.Technical Documentation:

Create comprehensive documentation including system designs, data mappings, process flows, and technical specifications. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, testers, and business analysts to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.Quality Assurance:

Perform thorough testing of systems and applications to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to requirements. Identify and address any defects or issues during testing phases.Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices related to system analysis, data management, and data warehousing. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance processes and systems.RequirementsProven experience as a System Analyst or similar role, with a focus on ETL mapping, Data Mapping, and Data Warehousing.Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance.Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) is a plus.
