CompetenciesExpected

RolesandResponsibilities
  • Generatesalesqualified opportunities and pipeline through a mix of outboundand inbound prospecting activities
  • Accountmapping/sourcing qualified leads that fit our targetpersonas
  • Develop new business via telephone andmass communication such as email research and social media tointroduce our company s products and services and identifyappropriate buyers within the targetmarket.
  • Analyze and identify how RetainIQ cansolve our prospects engagement and retentionchallenges.
  • Identify key buying influencerswithin these prospects to determine the budget andtimeline.
  • Build and cultivate prospectrelationships by initiating communications and conducting followupcommunications to move opportunities through the salesfunnel.
  • Work with the marketing team inconverting inbound leads for handoff tosales.
  • Work with the Sales Development Managerto develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meetweekly/monthly/quarterly revenue goals along with otherKPIs
  • Manage data for new and prospectiveclients in CRM ensuring all communications are logged informationis accurate documents are attached and sales development dashboardsare up to date.
  • Share best practice processesacross the team and adopt new best practices forsuccess.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Marketing or a related field ispreferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience inoutbound sales lead generation or a relatedrole.
  • Proven track record of successfullyachieving and exceeding salestargets.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engageprospects.
  • Strong research and analyticalskills to identify and qualifyleads.
  • Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheetsto maintain data
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented andable to work independently with limitedsupervision.
  • Ability to handle rejection andmaintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity withthe industry and understanding of the solutions and servicesoffered is aplus.
