Roles:


Weare looking for a skillful and enthusiastic resource to be a partof our Fundraising team who and nbsp;will own and execute theentire fundraising process for Aliens Group. Ideal candidate wouldand nbsp;possess experience in Fundraising/Investment Bankingprofiles through PE/VC or Investment and nbsp;Bank preferablydealing with realestate industry. The incumbent will be responsiblefor the entire fundraising process right from deal origination andnbsp;till deal closure. She/He will engage with potential investorsdevelop appropriate cases for and nbsp;support and oversee anyapplication processes. She/He would work in a fastpaced team andnbsp;environment with multiple team members based in Hyderabad andwould report to MD of the andnbsp;organization.


KeyResponsibilities:

Researchidentify and prioritize potential fundraising opportunities andnbsp;

Actively source potential investors andinitiate deal origination; resolve investor queries andnbsp;provide appropriate financial data/analysis andnbsp;

Preparing and updating financial modelspitch books Information Memorandums etc and nbsp;materials requiredfor Investor meetings and nbsp;

Oversee researchand analysis on areas affecting the organization and realestateindustry and nbsp;including but not limited to CompetitorsFinancial Parameters etc and nbsp;

Valuationanalysis using appropriate models such as Discounted Cash Flow(DCF) and nbsp;Comparable Companies and Comparable Transactions(Comps) M and amp;A models and/or LBO and nbsp;models etc to assessthe feasibility of various transaction and financing structures andnbsp;

Facilitate commercial/legal/financial duediligence and deal closure and nbsp;

Analyzecompany build business models assess capital requirements performdeal and nbsp;structuring and create any collateral required fortransactions and nbsp;

Attend events/workshopsand network with the investor community andnbsp;

Liaison with Banks/PSBs/InvestmentBankers/Private Investors to raise funds andnbsp;

Keep a track of all theregulatory/compliance requirements involved in or affecting the andnbsp;transaction including but not limited to tax implications forstructuring deals like slump and nbsp;sales floating of SPVdividend distribution tax intercompany borrowing NCD CCD equity andnbsp;at the entity level SPV level other direct and indirect taxesetc andnbsp;




CandidateProfile and nbsp;

MBA from Tier1BSchool; CA first/second attempt with 37 years of experience in andnbsp;Fundraising/Investment Banking and nbsp;

Proactive and should work with minimal direction and oversight andnbsp;

High degree of business acumen andfinancial modelling skills. Ability to prepare high andnbsp;quality Pitchbooks and Information Memorandums andnbsp;

Prior work experience into InvestmentBanking Management Consulting and/or large firms and nbsp;withactive deal origination is desirable and nbsp;

Excellent complex data analysis skills and should be good at numbercrunching and nbsp;

Excellent communication andpresentation skills and nbsp;

Proficiency inusing Advanced MSExcel MSPowerPoint appropriate tool for developingand nbsp;financial models Analysis Charts Graphsetc
