Job DescriptionAs an IT Infrastructure Engineer you will beresponsible for designing implementing and managing theinfrastructure components of our organizations technologyenvironment. This includes hardware software network systems andsecurity measures. You will work closely with other ITprofessionals to ensure that our infrastructure supports ourorganizational goals and meets the needs of ourusers
  • Designand Implementation:
  • Design and implementefficient scalable and secure infrastructuresolutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand and meet their technologyneeds.
  • Conduct research and recommendimprovements to our existinginfrastructure.

  • Maintenanceand Troubleshooting:
  • Perform regularmaintenance updates and backups of infrastructurecomponents.
  • Troubleshoot and resolveinfrastructurerelated issues in a timelymanner.
  • Provide technical support and guidanceto other IT staff andendusers.

  • Securityand Compliance:
  • Ensure that all infrastructurecomponents comply with industry standards and organizationalpolicies.
  • Implement and monitor securitymeasures to protect systems and data.
  • Conductregular security audits and participate in risk managementactivities.

  • ProjectManagement:
  • Lead and participate ininfrastructure projects from conception through tocompletion.
  • Coordinate with vendors andcontractors as needed for infrastructureprojects.
  • Document infrastructureconfigurations changes andprocedures.

  • Collaborationand Communication:
  • Work closely with the ITteam and other departments to ensure alignment of infrastructurewith business goals.
  • Communicate effectivelywith team members management and externalpartners.
  • Stay informed about emergingtechnologies and industrytrends.

Jobrequirements
  • RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in ComputerScience Information Technology or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructureroles with a focus on network systems and/orsecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware softwareand network systems.
  • Experience with cloudservices virtualization technologies and disaster recoveryplanning.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills andthe ability to work underpressure.

  • PreferredQualifications:
  • Industry certifications (e.g.Cisco Microsoft AWS CompTIA).
  • Experience withautomation tools and scriptinglanguages.
  • Familiarity with compliancestandards such as ISO GDPRetc.
