Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Right Vision Consultancy Services. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the consulting or outsourcing industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to critically analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools for operations management.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement operational strategies for the company.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations staff to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Optimize operational processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective cross-functional communication and coordination.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Identify and address operational risks and challenges.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operations staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
