PositionOverview
Weare seeking an enthusiastic and resultsdriven Sales &Marketing Specialist to lead our sales and digital marketing teams.In this role you will be responsible for developing and executingeffective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenuethrough corporate sales parties and events hosted at ourcenter.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Leadthe sales and digital marketing teams providing guidance supportand coaching to ensure the achievement of targets andobjectives.
  • Devise and execute comprehensivesales and marketing plans to drive business growth through variouschannels including corporate partnerships parties events and publicawareness.
  • Develop and nurture relationshipswith corporate clients promoting our centers offerings andnegotiating deals to secure new businessopportunities.
  • Strategically plan and executeevents promotions and campaigns to attract target audiences anddrive footfall to the center.
  • Implement a mixof ATL and BTL marketing activities including advertising directmail flyers and other promotional materials to maximize brandvisibility and lead generation.
  • Drive socialmedia strategy overseeing content creation posting schedules andengagement to enhance online presence and attract potentialcustomers.
  • Conduct market research to identifytrends competitor activities and customer preferences and utilizethese insights to finetune marketingstrategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to trackmeasure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns andadjust strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the effortsin generating leads through doortodoor marketing networking andcommunity outreach initiatives.
  • Collaboratewith the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordinationand alignment of efforts for integratedcampaigns.
  • Regularly report on sales andmarketing performance presenting insights achievements and areasfor improvement to seniormanagement.

QualificationsandSkills:
  • Proven8 plus years experience in Hospitality sales and marketing roleswith a track record of achieving and exceeding salestargets.
  • Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and guide teams toward successfuloutcomes.
  • Indepth knowledge of variousmarketing channels including ATL BTL social media and eventmarketing.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills with the ability to build relationships andnetwork effectively.
  • Creative thinking andproblemsolving abilities to develop innovative marketingcampaigns.
  • Resultoriented mindset with a focuson continuous improvement and adapting to marketchanges.
  • High level of energy enthusiasm andselfmotivation.
  • Willingness to adapt to adynamic and evolvingenvironment.
