  • Leadingthe change management activities within a structured processframework.
  • Designing thestrategic approach to managing change and support operations thatfall within the domain of change management.
  • Evaluating the changeimpact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
  • Supporting trainingand communication as part of change management.
  • Activities mayinclude designing or delivering specialized training resources toappropriate userbase.
  • Evaluating the riskof change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing theimpact.
  • Evaluating resistancein adopting the change at the user process and technology level.
  • Managing the changeportfolio which allows and its clients to prepare for andsuccessfully adopt thechange.
  • Authorize minorchange requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB)for changes presenting higher risk.
  • Conduct postimplementation reviews to assess the decisions and performancerelated to the change request Supporting the change manager indecisions for major changes.
  • Evaluating Requestsfor Change RFCs the available resources impact of change andorganizational readiness.
  • Validating thoseappropriate tests and evaluation are performed before highriskchanges are approved.
  • Documenting relevantprocesses and activities for itsclients.
  • Supporting the designof change implementation scheduling and project managementcertifications like PMP SAFe Prince 2 and Agile certifications likeCSM are good to have.
  • Strong interpersonalskills with leadership potential including the ability to manageand influenceothers.
  • Excellent written andverbal communicationskills.
