Responsibilities
  • Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities in the power engineering sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client specifications and requirements are met.Collect feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
  • Represent Power Engineering at industry fairs and events to promote brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the engineering or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
