Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes within our teams. You will guide teams in Scrum practices to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
● Facilitate Scrum meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
● Coach team members on Agile methodologies.
● Remove impediments and resolve conflicts.
● Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs.
● Track team progress and ensure alignment with project goals.
● Use tools like Notion, JIRA, Trello for task tracking.
● Foster a collaborative, self-organising team environment.
● Ensure continuous improvement in team processes.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
● Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
● Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
● Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
