Whatyou willdo:

  • Experiencein working in Internal IT helpdeskteams

  • Enduser IT Support for hardware and software management Inventorymanagement User accountsmanagement.

  • Addressuser tickets regarding hardware software and networking especiallyhandling escalations and providing the right solution toEnduser.

  • Networkingmanagement such as Routingswitching andFirewall.

  • RemoteSupport for Upgrading installing and configuring new hardware andsoftware to meet company objectives and securityrequirements.

  • CustomizeOperating systems to adhere to company standardImages

  • Recordtechnical issues and solutions intickets

  • Directunresolved issues to the next level of supportpersonnel

  • Followup with end users to ensure their systems arefunctional

  • Reportcustomer feedback and potential productrequests

  • Helpcreate technical documentation andmanuals

  • Configureand maintain a companys Laptop snetwork s and IT infrastructureincluding Access Card IssuesAsset Management and admin relatedtasks.

  • TrackUser creation Deletion and updation



Goodtohave:

  • Handsonexperience in Okta Confluence JIRAJumpcloudSophosSprintoJamf andDatapass setting up and userauthentication.

  • Experiencedin configuring installing and troubleshooting Wireless VPN andNetworkPrinters

  • Knowledgeon automating routine system admin tasks using batchfiles.

  • Understandingof 2FAMFA

  • UserManagement and Basic Knowledge on Cloud computingservices(AWSAzure).

  • MicrosoftEntra andIntune.



RequirementsMusthave:

  • Provenwork experience as a Desktop Support Engineer Technical SupportEngineer or similar roleIndepth knowledge on Windows 1011 O365Windows ServerandGsuite.

  • Handsonexperience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environmentsWellversed with installation configuration and troubleshooting ofwindows 10 and MAC OS(monterey/ventura/Sonoma)

  • Workingknowledge of office automation products and computer peripheralslike printers and scanners

  • Knowledgeof network security practices and antivirus programs

  • Experiencewith TCP/IP and basic networkingissues

  • Abilityto perform remote troubleshooting and provide clearinstructions

  • Excellentproblemsolving and multitasking skills

  • Customerorientedattitude

  • Bachelorsdegree in computer science information technology informationsystems orsimilar.

  • Applicableprofessional qualification such as Microsoft Oracle or Ciscocertification.(ifavailable)



What we are looking for: 7 + years of hands-on experience as aDevOps & Cloud A person who has experience in assisting/helpingto architect, design and develop Cloud & DevOps practices onone or more cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) Must be an expert inimplementing CI & CD pipeline with various DevOps tool sets.Should be able to evaluate, implement, and streamline the DevOpspractices for the clients thereby speeding up the softwaredevelopment and deployment process Hands-on experience with CI& CD tools(like Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory/ Nexus), SourceControl (like Git- Bit bucket, Github, Git lab/SVN etc.) Experiencein creating continuous delivery practices by using Terraform/ARMTemplates/Cloud Formation. Must possess excellent knowledge ofinfrastructure configuration & automation tools (like Ansible)in both development and production environments Should possess theexperience in designing & building applications using container& serverless technologies. Kubernetes expertise is a must haveand knowledge on Service Mesh, Tracing, Helm Charts etc would be anadded advantage. Must have strong expertise in operating Linuxenvironments and scripting languages like Shell. Good presentationand communications skills. Be willing to be challenged and learnnew skills.
