The Role

Service Operations-

Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets, managing personal time and productivity.Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to management, such as pricing situations, status of competitive activities and "red flag" issues related to business in the region.Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of aftermarket support is provided.Push Managed Maintenance ContractsAttend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertakenTo work in tandem with the other business lines in order to effectively promote our vacuum systems at all times.Push Managed Maintenance contracts.

Dealer Operations Monitoring-

Train Dealer Engineers to get more sales in all regionsKeep them updated with relevant technical and product related informationMonitor complaints of dealers and track dealer performance to ensure that they are performing in line with the requirements of the machine population

Compliance with Corporate Guidelines-

Follow in letter and spirit the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission and core valuesComply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of ConductComply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to timePerform any other tasks given by supervisor from time to time in order to enrich the corporate culture

What we expect of you? 

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 yrs. relevant experience in related field. Applicants who are already working as Service Sale Engineer will have added advantage.
