Finance Manager

Responsibilities:1.Accounts and amp; Book Closures: Regularlyclose accounts and books in coordination with tax consultants andauditors. Maintain all financial recordsbills andexpenses.
2.Invoicing and amp; Payments: Generateinvoices and manage reimbursements. Followup with clients forpayments.
3.Investor Communication: Organise and sortinvestor reachout lists. Run regularcampaigns on behalf ofclients.
4.System and amp; Process Development: Helpcreate and maintain systems within theorganisation. Ensure proper documentationand maintain databases. Develop StandardOperating Procedures (SOPs) for all organisationalactivities.
5.Payroll and amp; Attendance Management:Maintain payrolls and attendance trackers.Coordinate with management for endofmonthapprovals.
6.Daily Operations Tracking: Maintain everydaytrackers to align team activities at the start of theday.
7.Miscellaneous Operational Support: Createand manage business email IDs. Updatebusiness SIM cards regularly. Assist inoverall operations working directly withmanagement.
8.Excel and amp; Automation: Be proficient inExcel to automate tasks within theorganisation. Familiarity with OpenAI orChatGPT to enhanceefficiency.
Qualifications:23 years of relevant experience in financemanagement. Strong knowledge of accountingand bookkeeping practices. Excellent Excelskills including task automation.Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI orChatGPT. Strong organisational andcoordination skills. Ability to workindependently and directly withmanagement.
