Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Zoho Books Expertise: Manage and maintain our financial records using Zoho Books, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Client Payment Follow-Up: Proactively monitor client invoices and payments, and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure timely receipt of payments.
* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and KPIs to provide insights to management.
* Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial forecasts.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and tax laws.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications:
* Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in a finance management role, with hands-on experience using Zoho Books.
* Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Zoho Books Proficiency: Expertise in using Zoho Books, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract insights from data.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
