As an Associate I at Novo Nordisk, you will: Handle travel and expense auditing and related reporting. Support the front office in assigned affiliates. Audit travel and expense reports in the Concur system for assigned affiliates. Initiate and follow up with employees on any travel and expense policy infractions. Maintain % quality in all activities. Send monthly infraction reports on time with % quality and key actionable items. Perform as a backup when a team member is absent. Build good working relationships with stakeholders. Update and follow up on issue lists. Qualifications We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for: Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent). Good Academic track record and grades. 1-2 years of experience in T&E audit. Experience working with Travel and Expense systems – preferably Concur Expense. Experience working with ERP systems – preferably SAP. Candidates with experience working within Travel and Expense function in a Global company are preferred. Flexibility, especially around month-end. Thorough and responsible nature. Team worker. Ability to remain calm in a hectic environment.
