  • Bachelors degree or anequivalent combination of education and experience. Requires atleast 5 to 7 years related experience.
  • Proactive selfstarter with a drive to learnand grow utilizing a variety of available resources.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERPand other application systemsSAP HR Personnel ManagementOrganization Management Payroll and Benefits Configuration Strongproblem solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • HR ABAP development is strongly recommended.
  • Should have goodknowledge and hands on development experience in Reports InterfacesRFCs Forms OOPS ABAP BAPI Enhancements BADI User Exits CustomerExits Data conversions & Workflows.
  • Good Experience in OOPs Methodology and ABAPNew syntaxes.
  • Proficient in Performance Tuning Testing and Debuggingskills.
  • Experiencewith SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Experience with implementing/supporting BSI includingTUBs applications is a plus.
  • Experience with Kronos Workforce management version 8 orhigher is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FI postings is plus.
  • Must be able to communicateeffectively with both end users and IT staff as well as businessmanagement.
  • Excellent communication and knowledge transfer skillsAbility to thrive in a fastpaced business environment.
  • Able to work in demandingsituations.
  • Abilityto manage multiple concurrent activities.
  • Good Overlap with US central time
  • Implement and/orsupport onpremises SAP HR ECC
  • Implement change in the context of a formal SystemDevelopment Life Cycle methodology.
  • Understand business requirements translatingrequirements to a sound design and implementing the agreed uponsolution.
  • Developalternative solutions and presenting recommendations to customersand IT management.
  • Support end users on multiple HR platforms.
  • Understand integrationtouchpoints between SAP HR and downstream SaaS solutions.
  • Manage prioritizeand complete support requests for a large complex organization.
  • Estimate and planwork effort.
  • Independently and comfortably work on technicalconfiguration and process related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environmentwith a focus on overall success.
  • Build relationships and trust among differentcustomers and stakeholders.
  • Multitask and work in a dynamic fastpaced and constantlychanging environment.
  • Implement/support BSI including TUBs applications.
