Accounts Payable - The incumbent to provide administrative and accounting support in Account Payable arena. we rely on a meticulous financial system to drive our business forward. The accounts payable (AP) department keeps that system running smoothly by managing cash flow and paying vendors and suppliers.

Specific responsibilities include: -

Lead a team of 4 to 5 members functionally. Lead enterprise and inhouse driven projects. Identify process improvisation opportunities. Ensures SOX compliance and no comments in audits. Establish relationship with stakeholders. Manage and resolve vendor queries and invoice/payment related issues to ensure invoice are timely processed and paid. Lead Month end close activities. Ensure process deliverables are within TAT and process changes are timely updated. Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment. Evaluate and oversee business controls and financial integrity of the business processes.

Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent with typically 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. Team handling experience Strong analytical skills and accounting knowledge Excellent communication (written & oral) Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a cross-geographic, cross-organizational and cross-cultural team. Excellent analytical and spreadsheet/presentation skills Self-driven, have ability to drive the team and work independently. Strong customer-focus and results orientation
