- Coordinate patients as contact window from production start
○Fixing the appointments and schedule with patients
○Call patients before the accommodation day to verify the appointment
○Communication with patients/visitors directly by referring inquiries
- Receptionist Operation
○ Services to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them to the relevant personnel or department appropriately.
● Customer support operation
○ Answering the patient concern
○ Communication with the related department and obtaining solutions for a technical concern from the patient.
○ Providing solutions and answers to patients in accordance with their questions.
● Customer success operation
○ Boosting lifetime customer value and annual recurring revenue.
○ Inspiring customer loyalty and retention.
○ Reducing churn
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree (any related course)
- At Least 2 years of Customer Service Experience including management of payment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills & Self-motivated, self-disciplined
- Available telecommunications system, familiarity with relevant software and tools for travel reservations and banking tasks is desirable
- Strong IT skills and be proficient in using office productivity tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems
- Experience in handling Receptionist tasks
- Should be customer centered and possess professionalism and confidentiality
- With experience, sales are a plus.
