Corporate Sales Manager

Purpose of the job is todrive sales targets by maintaining positive relationships with thechannel
partner and HDFC lifeteams in the allocatedbranches/geography.
Duties& Responsibilities:
Engage and nurture the relationship with channel partners to drivethe business targets.
Design andexecute a sales plan to help the team gain maximum mindshare ofthe
distributor thus meetingtargets and improve market share in thechannel.
Review team s progressagainst plan and guide them to succeed and grow in theircareers.
Create desired salesbehavior in the team by using the digital sales managementprocess.
Ensure quality andpersistency of thebusiness.
RequirementsKnowledgeSkills & Abilities:
Educational Qualification: MinimumGraduate
Age 28 to 38yrs
Work Experience: Total 6years plus sales experience. Out of which minimum 2 yearsof
team management experience isessential. BFSI Industry experience will bepreferred.
Required Skills:Strong sales planning Team management and High achievementdrive.
