The Team
Today’s business challenges present a new wave of HR, talent, and organization priorities. Deloitte’s Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design
and execute critical programs from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and
change programs.
Work you’ll do
As an HR BPO- Sr. Consultant within the HC Managed Services function, following are the activities to be performed for the client and within the firm (As needed):
Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work. Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict/escalations, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently. Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within their business context. Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports. Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products. Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses and daily interaction with clients. Lead the execution of the day-to-day plan set forth by the Client/Deloitte Human Capital team lead. Provide insights to strategy and support development of solutions for the client Ensure all program management tasks are completed, including the management of risks and issues and milestone delivery. Contribute to practice building and other client practice initiatives – additional responsibilities such as assisting in proposal development, as requested.Skills Required:
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives. Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools. Understands basic HR concepts and processes, ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events. Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes. Experience in building functional requirements. Excellent communication and analytical skills Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently. Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure. Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology. Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology or other relevant field. This role involves extensive travel and might involve working in shifts This role might require 100% on-site presence (Work from office) 4-8 years of relevant experienceYour role as a leader
